Can I create more than one account?

No, our ToS state that only one account per person, and per IP address, is allowed.


How can I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your account please send us an email. We are ready to help. Please note that deleting your account is irreversible; all data, including diamonds, will be deleted from our servers upon doing so.


Can I use a VPN or Proxy with Earn99?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use a VPN or Proxy with Earn99. This is against the terms of our partners, and will result in your account being immediately banned. Please make sure you deactivate any VPN/Proxy applications before accessing our website.


My account has been banned?!

If your account has been banned, it means that our system, or our partner, has detected fraudulent activity. Possible reasons include:

  • Creating more than one account
  • Using a VPN or Proxy
  • Using false data
  • Receiving a chargeback from an offer provider
  • Attempting to cheat our system

If you think there has been a mistake, please send us an email. We'd be happy to help. Please do not attempt to make a new account, unless we have said it is safe to do so.


Do my diamonds expire?

Diamonds don't currently expire, but they may in the future. Please don't leave diamonds in your account unnecessarily.


Can I login with something other than Google?

Unfortunately, our website only supports registration and sign in via Google. This decision helps support the ease of use and security of Earn99.


How do promo codes work?

Promo codes are short alphanumeric codes that, when redeemed here, reward your account with diamonds. You can find promo codes on our social media pages, where we regularly post new ones.


How can I update my account details?

You can update your accounts payout addresses on your account page. Profile information, like your name, picture and email is updated every time you sign in.


How can I change my account region?

Your accounts region, which determines what withdrawal options are available to you and what phone numbers you can use to verify, cannot be updated automatically. If you wish to update it, please send us an email with a valid reason.


Why do I have to verify my phone number before withdrawing?

We require all users to verify their mobile phone number before withdrawing and completing offers with some providers. This helps us protect against fraud and keep Earn99 as good as it is. Your phone number will only be used once and will only be stored for verification purposes.


I haven't received a verification code. What do I do?

If you previously entered your phone number but haven't received a code, don't worry. First, wait a few minutes to see if the message is simply delayed. If it still doesn't come through, send us an email and we'll do our best to help you out.


The country code on the phone number field is incorrect?

If the country code on the phone number field is not the same as the country code of your phone number, please send us an email. We'll be happy to help you out.


What are offers?

Offers are simple tasks that you can complete to earn diamonds. We have thousands of offers, provided by our partners, available for completion. They include things like downloading an app, playing a specific game, completing a survey and watching specific videos.


How do I complete mobile offers?

You can complete mobile offers at any time from your mobile devices, such as a phone or tablet. Follow the offer instructions to receive your diamonds, just like you would on a desktop. Some offer walls even allow you to view offers on a desktop device and get a personalised link sent to your email, which you can then open on your phone and use to complete the offer.


Why aren't any offers available for me?

Earn99 is available worldwide, but some offers are only made accessible to specific demographics, especially surveys. Sit tight, our partners are adding new offers and surveys all the time.


Why was I disqualified from an offer/survey?

Every offer and survey has a certain purpose and specific demographic requirement. If the answers you provide are not in line with the type of person that the survey provider wanted to survey your data will be excluded and you'll be screened out from the survey. This isn't always based on your demographic information. Sometimes a survey will ask the same question twice to make sure that you're paying attention and giving consistent answers. Make sure that you are always giving honest, valid answers and that you're paying close attention to the questions to avoid being screened out.


How can I make sure that offers credit/track?

Offers use tracking devices, including cookies and javascript, to record whether or not you have completed an offer. To make sure these devices can function, we suggest disabling any adblockers, allowing cookies and making sure Javascript is enabled.


Is there a limit on how much I can earn?

No, we impose no limits.


What is a chargeback?

Chargebacks are applied to your account when our partner or advertiser detects fraudulent activity on one of your transactions. Chargebacks can occur for many reasons, including fraudulent completions, cancelling during a trial period, completing the offer multiple times, accessing the offer using a proxy server or VPN, or trying to complete the offer illegitimately. Chargebacks will always come directly from our partners - we never remove diamonds from your account ourselves. If you receive a chargeback your account will automatically be banned. You can request for your account be re-activated by sending us an email and providing a valid reason.


My offer didn't credit?!

If you completed an offer or survey from one of our offer walls but didn't receive your diamonds, the fastest way to receive them is to contact their support team directly. Most offer walls have a link to contact support at the top of the offer wall. You may need to include your Support ID, found in your account settings, in the support request. Please feel free to send us a message or an email about missing diamonds, making sure to set it as the topic. We'd be happy to help you!


How are withdrawals delivered?

Most withdrawals are delivered to the email associated with your Google account, which is collected by our website on sign in. If you wish to change your payment email, simply change it on Google and login to our website again. If your withdrawal is for crypto or CSGOShop credit, it will be send to the address/Steam ID you provide. Please note payment details will not update for existing withdrawals.


How long do withdrawals take to be processed?

Payment time is dependent on a variety of factors. Normally, payments are paid out within 12 - 72 hours, except on your first withdrawal, which will always take longer (up to 14 days) as we have to verify that your offers have been completed legitimately.


Can I get a refund after I've receieved my withdrawal?

Unfortunately, this isn't possible. After you've received your withdrawal, we cannot refund diamonds into your account. Sorry for any inconvenience.


What withdrawal options are available?

We offer a variety of withdrawal options, with new ones popping up all the time. Every country worldwide has something available, and we also offer region-specific options for some countries.


What's the minimum withdrawal amount?

The minimum for withdrawals varies by provider, most being anywhere from 1000 - 5000 diamonds. You can withdraw your diamonds to a charity as low as 1000 diamonds.


Why is my withdrawal processing?

Withdrawals are manually reviewed by our staff members to make sure they are legitimate. Most withdrawals are successfully paid out within 12 - 72 hours, but sometimes we may take longer. If it is your first withdrawal, or your account has been flagged as suspicious by our system, please allow up to 14 days for your withdrawal to be processed. How can Earn99 afford to pay its users?

Earn99 receives offers from third-parties who give us money each time one of those offers is completed. We take a small cut, and pass the rest on to you.


How much are diamonds worth?

Diamonds have no real-world value, but can be exchanged for a variety of rewards. 1000 Diamonds is currently equal to around 1 United States dollar.


What countries is Earn99 available in?

Earn99 is available worldwide, with withdrawal options available for each and every country.


Does Earn99 have a referral program?

Earn99 does not currently have an active referral system available to everyone. We are looking at implementing one in the future. Saying that, we are always interested in sponsoring influencers, including YouTuber's and other website owners. We will pay you on a per-signup basis, and will give your referrals bonus diamonds when they do. Please send us a message or an email with "Business Inquiry" as the topic if you're interested.


Does Earn99 have an app?

No, we do not. We have plans for implementing one, but for now please use our website. It is fully mobile responsive, and can be added to your homescreen as a PWA.
